Calloway Designs is a web design business that specializes in building websites for companies that are newly launching an internet presence, as well as for companies who are unhappy with the look or functionality of their current website, and desire to improve their web presence.

Although based in North West Houston, I do website work all over the state of Texas and the country. When it comes to website design, telecommuting around the globe is a very easy task!

My philosophy in web design is this:

• Create a graphically custom website that shows off the client

• Get in, get the job done, get out of the way.

• Make the design, and construction of your website cost effective at the start, as well as down the road.

• Make sure the client can update their own website if needed, but be around if they'd rather have me do it.

• Did I mention, keep it simple? Keep the process simple, keep the pricing simple, and keep the website simple. No need to throw in "effects" that are pointless.

Since I began building websites in Houston more than 10 years ago, I discovered that many web design companies in the area fell in love with their own work and, what they could "make happen" on a website, few seemed to care that all that was really needed was a basic site. After that discovery, I found my niche.

I don't build websites that "do" more than they need to, just because I like the fact that I can do it... I prefer to create a visually appealing website that gives the information required, has a call to action (when needed), has very clear directions to your business, and above all... a phone number. I am amazed when looking at some websites here in Houston (and beyond) how difficult it can be to contact the business.
